9. AT ERP Mobile App — Terms of Use
These terms also apply to the AT ERP mobile app for Android and iOS (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to them.
- Licence. Ankit Traders grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, only to access the Ankit Traders Solution server of the organisation that gave you an account (“your employer”).
- Accounts. Accounts are created and managed by your employer. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell your administrator at once if you think your account has been misused.
- Acceptable use. You must not misuse the App, including by trying to access data you are not authorised to see, faking attendance or location, interfering with the App or your employer's server, or reverse engineering the App except where the law allows.
- Your employer's data. Business and HR data in the App belongs to your employer and is stored on your employer's server. Your employer's own policies also apply to how you use it.
- Privacy. How the App handles information is described in the AT ERP App Privacy Policy.
- Availability. The App depends on your employer's server and your internet connection. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free, and we may update or change it.
- Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Ankit Traders is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by the availability, configuration or security of your employer's server. Any commercial terms between Ankit Traders and your employer are covered by their separate agreement.
- Ending use. Your access ends when your employer deactivates your account. You can stop using the App at any time and ask for your account to be closed as described on Delete Your Account. Records created through the App remain with your employer for audit and legal purposes.
- App stores. If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and Ankit Traders, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its support, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Google Play and Apple terms of service also apply to your use of their stores.
