Quick answers to what AT ERP app users ask most often.

How do I get an AT ERP login?

Accounts are created by your employer. Ask your company's AT ERP administrator or HR team for your server address, username and password. There is no public sign-up.

What do I enter as the server address?

Enter the server address your company gave you, exactly as provided, including https:// and the port number if there is one. If you don't have it, ask your administrator.

The app says it can't connect to the server.

Check that your internet connection is working and that the server address is typed correctly. If you are outside the office, your company's server may need to be reachable from the internet. If it still fails, contact your administrator or us.

I forgot my password.

Ask your company's AT ERP administrator to reset it. For security, Ankit Traders cannot see or reset passwords on your company's server without your employer's approval.

Attendance check-in is not working.

Check-in needs camera and location permission. Open your phone's Settings, find AT ERP, and allow Camera and Location. Turn on location (GPS) and try again outdoors or near a window if your location is not found.

How do I stop background location tracking?

You can stop tracking at any time in the App, or by changing the AT ERP location permission in your phone's Settings. Background location is used only during working hours, after check-in. See the App Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account?

Follow the steps on Delete Your Account. Your account is permanently disabled. Records you created are kept by your company only for audit and legal purposes and are not used for anything else.
